A pair bought on sale or marked clearance can be exchanged for a different size of the same style, within the unworn window if untagged, but is never refunded.

What we will not tell you

No discount codes, from us or the assistant.

Tidewalk does not issue discount codes. The two-pair offer and the free-shipping threshold are the only standing offers, and the assistant will say so instead of inventing one.
